When I talk about leadership, often I remember the poem “the road not taken”  by Robert Frost. Frost tells it all, that leaders do take less travelled way.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

So, if you are looking to take the less travelled way you can start here and now with whatever is possible. Because most of the times we wait for the right time and it may never come.

As Steve Jobs put in this video why following your heart and intuition is so important.

In his book Leadership from the Inside Out, Kevin Cashman talks about the true quality of a leader which is to lead with awareness, authenticity and purpose. These qualities will definitely help in your journey.

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”

― Mahatma Gandhi

Overall for me, a true leader is the one who follows his heart mind and soul and takes the way that is not commonly travelled.
