    I really enjoyed your discussion of collaboration and teamwork, very clever. I think Travis made an excellent point that leadership and teamwork going hand-in-hand. While it seems that most leaders would be the lone decision maker, great leaders are the ones who collaborate with others and understand the wants and needs of the people they lead. Personally, I have always liked group projects. Not only have those projects turned out well but I always learn a lot about myself in the process.
